Coaches must have a release form signed by a parent of each of your players prior to the first game. Registration can be paid via Paypal as soon as we have the live link.
Team Photo Day will be Saturday September 10th, 2011

Photo Order Forms will be available on the first game day, Aug. 27 and are available for download on the volleyball schedule page. Purchase is not mandatory but YEA strongly encourages all teams to have a photo taken so we can provide to the local papers and on our website.

Team payment can be submitted through your Pay Pal account to MV YEA. Using your PayPal account (www.paypal.com) using the YEA email address of: info@mvyea.com. Enter the amount then choose the Personal Tab and select Gift (Donation - YEA is a 501(c)3 Non Profit Organization) and follow the instructions given by PayPal. *You will still need to mail or drop off your team forms in order to be registered for league play. 2011 Volleyball T-shirt Order Form for coaches, parents, siblings, grandparents and anyone who wants to show support for the teams! Orders with payment are due by Monday Aug. 15 to Karen Holst.
